We manage recurring janitorial, preventative facility care, commercial carpet cleaning, windows, floors and post-construction cleanup. Local residential services are also available around Moses Lake. Every scope is tailored to the property.
How much does residential carpet cleaning cost?
Local residential carpet cleaning starts at $250 for up to three rooms. Each additional room starts at $75. Pet treatment and stairs are $60 each; carpet protector adds 50% of the cleaning subtotal. Large commercial and multi-location work is quoted by scope.
Do you manage recurring facility programs?
Yes. J&A can coordinate janitorial, planned carpets, windows, floors, consumables and periodic facility resets for one building or multiple locations. Net 30 billing may be available for qualifying commercial accounts.
Do you offer financing for cleaning services?
Financing options may be available for eligible cleaning projects. Tell us about the service and scope when requesting a quote, and we will explain available options and terms.
