Can you handle rough and final cleans?
Yes. We can scope an initial rough clean, a detailed final clean, or staged service aligned with the project schedule.
Who manages crews at different locations?
Your agreement and communication stay with J&A. We coordinate our own crews or managed subcontractors, scheduling, documentation and quality control.
Do you remove construction debris?
Tell us what remains on site. Light jobsite debris can be discussed in the quote; large-scale hauling and hazardous materials require separate arrangements.
